The staff at Carpetright Holloway Rd were fantastic. They knew how to handle their customers and pick up quickly on the likes, dislikes and given their opinions too.
The guy that came to measure up the floor was great too.
And not forgetting Ash our Carpet fitter did a immaculate job which took two days due to the size of our home and the striped carpet that we have had fitted in our hallways and stairs which took a little longer. Ash had also mentioned before he had left if there was any issues to give him a call and he will pop by. I would give Ash 10 outa 10 stars.

Had a fantastic experience with everyone at Carpetright - helpful advice in store, everyone took their time to show us samples In various light to compare colours etc.

Once we’d ordered the carpet we were taken through the process by Steve who was always happy to answer questions and provide clarity on dates and times. Steve did everything he could to work around some tricky work schedules and everything was installed efficiently and smoothly by Ash and James who were thoroughly professional throughout.

Overall a great experience from start to finish.

The turn around of getting the carpet in and laid was done really well as it was for a surprise so thank you. Only issue is the carpet was not fixed down very well and I tried calling and texting the fitter to see if they can pop by to sort it and had no response at all. The carpet kept coming up in a doorway and we nearly tripped over it. Ended up fixing it myself. If I could it would be 3.5

Called up to query an order. I spoke to Sheikh who although answered my questions was very defensive when I questioned my order? I feel like I have paid more for what I received and he was so dismissive and borderline patronising that he made me feel like I couldn’t question him further and told me I need to call the fitters office? I have dealt with other members of staff who have been more than helpful to me but Sheikh needs some serious customer service lessons and I will not deal with that particular store again!

Really good choice of carpets. Excellent quality compared to other stores we visited. The customer service and advice we received was excellent. Steve was really patient and helpful to go through all our different criteria and offer us the perfect product we needed, and at a great price. Highly recommended.
