Carpetright

Will never use them again, service from the store manager, customer service dept and CEO was disappointing. Two weeks to reply to a complaint and they say in the email it resolved. Email sent five days before fitting to get a refund on some non required parts. Poor service wouldn't entertain them again.
Never got the refund as it was refused. It wasn't a refund for carpet just stairrods that could be resold

I had a good experience buying my bed and mattress on carpetright. The attendant Alin was attentive and helpful! Fair price and good quality.

Great service the girl stood back until we were ready and then could not have been more helpful. The easiest and best and easiest experience of buying carpet I have ever experienced.

Hayley was really helpful, kind and patient. Knew her stuff from begining to end and really thankful to her.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mike the manager of the Aintree store, after having my apartment floor recovered by Carpet Right the lounge carpet had a bad smell after being fit, which I reported and Mike took it onboard and arranged for the manufacturer to have the carpet replaced, which was laid yesterday again perfectly fit and it smells like a new carpet should.
So a big thank you to CR Aintree.

Poor service from start to finish. Pushy sales staff, with limited knowledge. Was told by them if I didn't buy the same day I would not get the same price? Went in 3 days later price was the same. Fitters damaged property whilst out fitting carpet. No help available. Best to avoid, should have gone with a smaller/local carpet supplier, with better service

if i could leave no stars i would !
after a trip to the wallasey branch i was told that the carpet we picked wasn't available there but was in the chester or aintree branch so we chose to go to aintree , we arrived there at 6.45pm only to find the place shut even though it is supposed to be open untill 8.00pm
after a one hour round trip through rush hour we wont be going there again or any other branch for that matter ! SORT YOUR STAFF OUT !

Alan is a credit to the company a fantastic salesman i only wanted a door mat. Left after i bought carpet for 3 bedrooms and a new bed.
