Delivery was hassle free. I would recommend them and use them again.
Thank you

RETURN POLICY? What return policy.
I travel a lot for work, so it is very important that deliveries arrive when they are supposed to. Samples did not arrive on time and I had a very narrow window in which my kitchen could be fitted. I phoned up Flooring Supplies and asked if I purchased two types of flooring, whether I would be able to return the flooring I didn't want/need. They responded YES.
However, when the flooring arrived I carefully opened ONE of the Quick Step packs to take a look at the flooring and compare the two products I had ordered.
The packaging is incredibly flimsy, thin perforated cardboard which tears and opens when the flooring is moved. I repacked the package I opened as best I could, however they use a plastic wrap I couldn't get my hands on.
Basically, they pack in such a way that as soon as your flooring is off the delivery van, the packaging is compromised.
However, after calling AGAIN I was told that there might be some trouble with the pack I opened, but any packages that are unopened and resaleable should be accepted.
In good faith, I repacked the flooring pack I had opened as well as I possibly could, with my principal concern on making sure the product inside wasn't damaged in transit, naively thinking that the carboard I had been instructed to write the returns number and other info on would not be reused for immediately resale anyway.
I paid the £20 delivery fee and sent the two packs back to the warehouse.
Both packs were refused and redelivered.
I wish I could add a photo of the packages I sent back. The product is completely unused, ond pack unopened and the other repacked as best as possible considering the single use/single trip cardboard (I was going to say container but that would be unjust to containers) provided.
In summary, DO NOT order a product with any expectation of being able to send back for a -15% restocking refund.
If by a miracle the packaging stays intact from van to door, and you have no desire to see what you have received, they only accept returns for your FULL ORDER and all packs must be UNOPENED/completely unblemished. This is irregardless of the condition of the actual product.
If you order several things in a delivery and want to part return or have ordered an excess, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
The packaging is designed to be compromised as soon as you handle it so basically there is no hope for return as soon as you are in receipt of your flooring.
My experience relates to QuickStep, I can't speak on the way their other products are packed. If you read other people's experiences, they are very similar when it comes to returns with this company.
Their returns policy is very wooly and subject to interpretation, so get any queries over returns in writing before proceeding.
