Carpetright

I have made a complaint back in December last year. Been promised by manager and customer service to solve that problem, yet its 20 February and no attempts by the store to actually solve it. This company is an absolute joke. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you want any type of flooring, go anywhere else but carpet wrong. All they want is your money, once you paid, they will ignore you completely.

Great service all around! Sophie was a pleasure to deal with and we appreciated her follow up calls and emails. Fitter was able to come earlier than originally told and was polite and efficient.

Pre booked appointment, no staff wasted journey ..but did find say carpet we liked

I would like to praise Aoife the sales assitant at this store. She went above and beyond helping me choice the right carpet for my situation (we have a home with multiple pets so need a studry but easy to clean option). She was courtious, patient and honest in her opinions. If this is read by a manger please pass ours thanks to Aoife and let her know that if we ever need another carpet or sofa chosen we will be coming back to see her. 10/10 service and thanks once again Aoife for all your help. Also not forgetting Jo - thank you :)
