The team at laminate master have been great throughout the whole process, Laura helped us with our flooring choice which we are really happy with and was very informative and not pushy at all and stephen has kept us checked in with the pre floor prep and follow up. Just had new flooring downstairs from kitchen and dining room through to the lounge. Steve was really helpful in sorting out some issues we had with the way the builder left the kitchen floor. But he was very reassuring and soon sorted everything out. The team came in and within 2 days the flooring, skirting and architrave was done. The job was excellent and the guys did a great job, the finish is second to none. Steve called a few hours after to see if we were happy with the results. Absolutely fantastic company. I have just had Steve & Ash fit the Quickstep flooring and I couldn't be happier. Both the flooring itself and the fitting is to a fantastic standard. I have quite honestly never seen such excellent workmanship. They turned up on time, got on with it & cleaned up before they left. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be using again.

Absolutely delighted with the new floors. Everyone at Laminate Master has been amazing. The guys came to fit the floor on the hottest day. They arrived on time and did a cracking job in getting one of the rooms completely finished so we could have somewhere to sit that evening. They finished the other two rooms the next day. There was no mess left to tidy up, they took all the old skirting and boxes with them. It was the little things they did to make it look great that really made the difference!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had wooden laminate floors fitted in the lounge, hall and dining room via two sets of orders two years apart. On both occasions we have found the shop staff very friendly, the fitters very professional, timely and the work completed to the highest standards - nothing appeared too much trouble.

Had great experience from start to finish. Wanted new flooring for the whole of downstairs. Went to the show room , no sales pressure and talked through the options no up selling just trying to get the floor right for our needs. Quick measure up at home. The quote matched end price . Turned up on the arranged date . The installation was fuss free and the nice guys cleaned up after. They changed the skirting which gives a great finish could not be happier with the quality. Great stress free experience would recommend !

Absolutely fantastic team and brilliant customer service. These guys fitted our flooring throughout the whole downstairs and also fitted our skirting boards. Such a top quality job! They were so quick and efficient and such a fair price. Would recommend this company to anyone and if they are busy, they're worth the wait for a good job completed to a very high standard!
