Kustom Floors and Furniture

Just had another carpet fitted by these guys and so pleased with the result. Highly recommend as their customer service is superb and they have a great range of products to suit every budget. We’ve also had wood floor and vinyl supplied by them and very pleased with that too.

Kustom Floors were amazing! From the time I stepped into the shop till the time they fitted my carpets and wooden flooring, the journey was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and not too pushy. They gave me enough time to look around and showed me all their samples. They were impartial and honest throughout the whole process. The guys who came over to my property took all the correct measurements for me and fitted the carpets to exceptional standards. The quality of the carpet and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys!

We couldn't have been more impressed with the service, and quality of carpet we chose for our baby's bedroom. Amir was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job of listening to and understanding our needs, but without being pushy. His colleague was friendly and professional when visiting to measure up, and the fitters were in and out within 45 mins! They are even coming back to swap over the brass tread to an aluminium one, with no quibbles or extra charge. And the carpet looks perfect too - thanks Kustom Floors!

We had a divan bed, wooden floor and carpets supplied and installed by Kustom and we’re over the moon with everything; we also keep getting compliments on these! Jake, Amir and the team have gone above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and provided endless advice and assistance, including outstanding post-sale care which has been greatly appreciated.

James and Keith are both very helpful and professional and their installer Oscar is a true craftsman as well as being very tidy and polite. If you’re looking at LVT you get what you pay for and all in all these guys are good value.

Third time now that I've used Kustom Flooring. A pleasure to deal with. Jack in the office was most helpful in finding my previous flooring as I
wanted the same. Got back to me so quickly with the answer! Then was measured accurately by someone ( sorry forgot your name). Then fitted by Nick , very professional, very friendly and very tidy.
