Carpetright

Absolutely horrendous service and communication from the get go. Failure to turn up. Failure to call when supposed to. When they finally did arrive to fit it after spending nearly £1000 on a carpet for a not a very large area at all they have done a bodge job. Glue marks on the carpet where they have stuck bits together. Not fitted to the runners properly so when hoovering the carpet comes away from the floor and creases everywhere. I then contacted carpet right to come and stretch it as it is not fitted properly and have had nothing but issues trying to arrange this.. it is still yet to be done! I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from this shop and certainly advise that if you do purchase anything not to get them to arrange fitters!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing but a headache. The customer service is shocking. No organisation within the store. And rude staff. Take your service elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

The fitters they use are awful! Poorly installed, sent someone to fix and still couldn't get it right. Refunded the money for the fitting but not enough really because the carpet has been cut too short and it cannot be fixed by any carpet fitter. Absolute shambles. Other areas have sharp tacks coming through because the wrong grippers were used!

Not even 2 months old! Fitted for my elderly parents.

Honestly if I could give this zero stars I would. I have received the most horrendous service and it isn't good enough. I ordered and paid for the flooring for my whole flat in full 7 weeks ago. And here we are 7 weeks later with no bathroom floor. Apparently the flooring was discontinued but I was not made aware of this until the day of the fitting. The manager Adam is the most arrogant, rude person I have ever spoken to. He didn't care. Wasn't prepared to give me any time of day. I am genuinely upset about this as buying my home was meant to be exciting and carpetright have ruined that for me. Adam made me feel as though it was my fault and he had done everything he could to help. I disagree. I will never recommend carpetright to anyone nor will I ever shop here again. But they don't care as they have my 2k and I still don't have my final product.

Recently had two vinyl flooring fitted the standard of fitting is absolutely terrible cut badly and the silicon sealing is the worst I have ever seen gave them the chance to come back and rectify which they did but job is embarrassingly bad. Had used them previously for laminate flooring which was done well by their fitter from mk. They won't be getting any work employing people working to that standard photos available on request

Sorry but have to gives 0 star not good impression of the company nobody answer phones no answer for voice messages.
Person who have take it measures not turn on time.
This two reasons is enough why we are not going buying from you saving more problem in the future from your company don't have time for service like this.

Adam completely misrepresented the details of the sale, lied continuously and provided contradictory excuses.
I am left with with tonnes of extra roll carpet (and hence overpaid vastly) due to his miscalculations and mis-selling. He also hid many details and even withheld terms on conditions sheets. Avoid Adam and his Dunstable store totally, it has actually taken a mental toll dealing with such an openly deceitful individual.

The customer service is appalling. The manager has refused to take responsibility for the damage caused by the fitters recommend by Carpetright and we have been told 'you paid, so tough'. We are left with considerable damage to our newly decorated bedroom. We will not be using Carpetright again. No option for 0 stars.

Excellent service! Was helped by Craig yesterday in the store, managed to find a nice off cut that fitted my room perfectly! Martyn came out and fitted it for me this afternoon. Looks great. Professional service all round!
