AVOID!!The carpet we bought started to flatten just in 2 month after it was fitted.Contacted Nathan about the problem...he seemed like he wants to help but he never called me back when he promised I had to chase him up.I reported the fault in May then someone came to inspect the carpet in August.Nathan said he will contact me when the result is back but obviosly I had to emai to him didn't get any answer,phoned in he said he posted it to my address (I didn't get his post).The test came back fine he said but as a customer I am not satisfy with the quality the carpet is more like a floor....He promised me in November he will sort it out and send an independent carpet inspector...it's March and he still not contacted...we paid £1700 and the carpet didn't last a year...absolutely fuming...

Love my new bed! Big thank you to Ian, and especially Norman for all the help & advice. Excellent delivery service by two nice young men, and so convenient to have the old bed taken away at the same time.

Visited for carpet, impressed with choice and the option of remnants. Sales advisor was very good, gave advice when asked, not pushy. Bought a remnants for stairs and landing, free measuring service, all good. Just waiting for fitting, all arranged. Will return.

The worst retail experience my life. The owner Nathan isn’t the slightest bit interested in you once he has your money. I will never return. Exceptionally poor service & poor uplift carpet that was also fitted badly.

The first person was excellent and would have got the sale. But the second person was rude and showed he didn't care lost sale.

Products were fine, but the customer service experience following a complaint has been terrible. The manager in particular needs special praise for his manner when handling customer complaints. The most patronising and arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to in these situations. Good luck if you ever have to deal with him. Avoid this store is my recommendation.
