Stan has been absolutely fantastic today. Been a stressful time recently so it was great that he slowed things down for me and explained everything perfectly.

I got a quote from Graham from carpetright for flooring for my kitchen which was about £2000!
The fitter then done a days work preparing the floor then demanded another £800 pounds on top of the £2000!
I then went to see the manager Andy to resolve the issue which he cancelled the order and gave a refund
On returning home I was then held ransom by the floor fitter for the £800!!!!
Carpetright didn't want to help at all!!!
Save yourself the pain and hassle of being held ransom in your own home and go elsewhere
