Cascade Carpets

We have fitted the whole house through Cascade Carpets with carpets and vinyl flooring and the service was excellent all the way through, starting from the visit to the shop to the completion. Very professional and knowledgeable, they don't try and sell you the most expensive product but recommend what is right, not pushy and very reliable. The vinyl flooring looks amazing, special thank you to Ian for the excellent and high standard job. On a whole we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

We have recently purchased and had fitted two roll end carpets. One for the bedroom and one for a large conservatory. We could not have wished for any better service from Andy and the team. Communication was excellent and customer service went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Cascade carpets.

Brilliant service and the fitters know what they are doing great job .

Ian has just finished installing laminate tiles in our lounge and he's done a fantastic job! We even have an access hatch in the corner to access equipment below the floor and he's cut/fixed the tiles so that the hatch blends perfectly. Brilliant job. Clean and professional and a great price. We'll be back!

Customer service lacking.

Had problem with a faulty stair carpet. When I chased up the complaint after not hearing anything for two days I was told the complaint was "logged", ie it had been emailed to the manufacturer. As the job included two bedroom carpets all in the same I did mention that perhaps if they spoke to someone at the manufactures it would be speedier, as obviously I wanted the replacement carpet from the same batch. I was tetchily informed that emailing was the procedure and they had to follow it. Surprise, surprise when it was replaced three weeks later it was a different batch.

Neither did Cascade bother to follow up with a courtesy call to check that we were happy with everything which I would consider good customer service.If they had I would have informed them that the fitter left a small chip in our new laminate flooring but by this time I had had enough.

We have used this firm for 30 years and always recommended them to other friends and family. Unfortunately the last we've had haven't been positive.

Communication regarding order not the best, I felt carpet and underlay not value for money, ridiculous quote to takeaway old carpet, no problems with fitter who did a great job.

Called in today and found a delightfully helpful gentleman. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
