Selected the carpet at Tapi in Cribs bristol , fitter turned up 2weeks later , half hour , wow wow !!! we are very happy with the process .

Great service in store, lovely sales lady who was very helpful (called Suzie If I remember correctly in the Cardiff Gate store). Bought carpets from there in a sale in June and felt like we had a good deal in comparison to other stores we had visited. Our house project overan so they stored there until fitting in September. Great, efficient fitter who has done a good job for us. Very happy customer.

Having previously purchased carpet from another large retailer I was somewhat pessimistic about our chances at Tapi. I shouldn't have been. The staff were extremely helpful, starting by actually explaining the difference between the carpet types. Prices were very good, and even negotiated a lower price. After sales was superb with frequent communication and they were happy to make changes to the order without a fuss. Unfortunately one of the carpets we had ordered was not going to be available until January, but knowing we wanted it in before Christmas James at Tapi found a range of alternatives very similar to what we had ordered that would be available in time. We went by the store and he had samples all laid out ready for us. Brilliant!

We are potential customers and going to spend £800 there very soon.
We went with our 3 small children as I wanted to show my husband what I had chosen to ensure he liked it too.
We were the only customers along with an elderly Couple, the elderly couple complained because my children were running around enjoying looking at the carpets. I understood the comment and promptly addressed our children but it was a Saturday and we don't have anyone else to care for our children.
We were made to feel very unwelcome in your store by the sales assistant and that our custom wasn't as valued as the elderly couple. I appreciate that people want a quiet shopping experience, (me more than anyone!!!!) but when my husband and I are about to spend alot of hard earned money in your store we felt really embarrassed and sad to have to leave.
We are really like the carpet we chose but are now debating to go else where as we felt so unwelcome with our children.
Good quality carpets and good deals but not so kind and understanding sales team to family life.

Good service from the store to the fitters. Very good communication at every stage of ordering. Sue and lyn from Cardiff gate very helpful, fitters were very good and cleaned up and took away the rubbish. We will definitely be using these again. Prices were excellent. Thank you tapi carpets

We booked our appointment online with our local Tapi store in Cardiff and found it so easy, and from that point on tapi kept good communication on updates. When our carpet arrived we were contacted and within a few hours the carpet fitter had contacted us to inform us of a time, and they turned up on time and they were respectful and both had masks on throughout the fitting, they were polite and cleaned up after themselves, the final finish looked amazing.very Tapi thank you....

A first class professional service was provided by Tapi Carpets and the Shane Webley Flooring carpet fitters. The carpet arrived in good time. I was given a date and time for fitting, which was carried out to the highest standard. Three bedrooms, upper hallway and stairs, all fitted to perfection! This was an excellent experience. Thank you.
