Chilli sauce has changed, chips are always overcooked and wings are way too crunchy.

Scam Pricing, the guy will try to stitch you up and charge you more than what is literally written on his window, also will add extra 50p for card trade room any size. Needless to mention his manners are ridiculous, you go to pay for your food and feel like you are getting served in prison, even soho kitchens have happier exchanges!
I am seriously appalled that people get to run a business acting like that!
Many more nicer options in shadwell and further down the road, I will avoid this with all my heart!
PLEASE AVOID! We work hard for our money and a little decency dosent cost!
I would rather buy my food from someone nicer and less deceptive!

The best chicken shop in east London, I have been going to this PFC since its opening in 2004. Fresh wings all the time, customer service is excellent, and very friendly. If you want a chili sauce that you can't handle I would highly recommend this place, would also recommend their donner, mouth-watering.
Came here and the people seemed nice but at the end of it I asked for my drinks and the guy kept telling me no drinks though I ordered the meal and I told him that is what I got and I wanted my drinks. Eventually I got them but this guy tried to scammed me and even charged me 1 pound more than what was on the menu. Beware of place as they seem to be cons who try to take advantage of people who they think are drunk

nice place, fair price and good chicken/chips. guy is very friendly but needs to pull his trousers up or get a belt as almost all the time I go he's shuffling around with one his hands on his trouser falling.

Friendly service and very reasonable pricing. The chicken burger is always cooked fresh so always tastes pretty good. The chips are serviceable but the homemade chilli sauce is outstanding. Naga chilli and onion flavoured.
