Friendly staff , very tasty range of food , plus the sweet chilli sauce was lovely bought a bottle as it was homemade

Food is just about okay. However. Customer service is disgusting. Very rude and intimidating workers. Short change you and wont give it back unless you notice. Even then they will argue. They either take ages preparing the food (up to 30-45 minutes) or make it within 1 minute (meaning its undercooked or already prepared but not sold or has been forgotten by previous customer) very inconsistant and would rather put their own egotistic needs above the customers, forgetting that customers are the heart of the bussiness. Would recommend the shop next door. You get service and food you pay for & customers are well valued.

Ordered through justeat. Doner and burger was good. Kofte kebab was horrendous. Smelled completely off, looked disgusting and was for sure out of date and brought out from the back of the freezer. Called them, the guy apologised and said i could get something for free next time I order?? What am I supposed to do with this kofte kebab? Shocking service. Picture attached.

Food tastes like cardboard tasteless, over priced food and the quality is not of high standards, dry and sometimes burnt. Food should at least taste good. Poor customer service. I had to rate them1star* otherwise it doesn't let me post this review. In actual fact I rate chill grill 0 stars.

It was alright actually. I went and ordered my food and it was served to me hot. The staff smile. The toilets do the job. Pricing wise, i think if you knock off at least £1 from most mains then easily there would be an uptake in customers. Otherwise all good.

Food was cheap. Got quarter pounder burger. Asked for bacon, don't even have it!
Spicy wings are ordinary. Staff natter away in some foreign language. And don't take any card payments, cash only. Come on it's 2020!

Ordered and paid for a large Kebab. Got home and it was a small one. When I called up they just argued with me.. They just through the salad and meat on top of a cold paitta. Can't even be bothered to put the meal inside the pita. Didn't even eat it all. Disgusting and.lazy effort.

I have to change my review now. The food and standards of this place has dropped so badly! The portions have gone so small and all of a sudden they are charging double the price. I believe it is new management as, even the staff in-house and over the phone have become a bit careless. Here is a picture of a wing, for reference. It was smaller than my pinky finger. They passed this off as a wing. If you know your wings are the size of a 1p coin, you should compromise with adding a few more or reducing the price. The sauce has become so weird tasting, it tastes so off. Normal meat a chips went from £2 to £3.50 and changes based on who is working in the shop. One day it is £3 and another day it is £3.50. I am so disappointed because this was my favourite and my go-to. The shop next door has better deals and more value / portions for money. You lost a loyal customer.
