Certas Energy - Wrexham HGV Refuelling Site

Terrible service and communication. Ordered oil two weeks ago, Certas has delivered to the address for years. The delivery did not arrive as promised on the said day. Or the next day. When we called to chase up the delivery, an explanation was given that they could not deliver to our address anymore. No explanation as to why they could not tell us that two weeks earlier before we ran out of oil!! They made a decision to not deliver, but no one thought to tell us that at any stage, originally or on the day of delivery!!!

Great service both at the site and on the phone. Highly recommended for oil. Certas drivers and office staff always really nice

Last time i went to this place to fuel up there was only one pump working. And the place stinks of urine. Disgusting.

Don't deliver when they say they will.
We ordered oil a week ago to be delivered yesterday. Now they say "Don't know what happened but we'll deliver next week"
Not Good Enough.

Have been waiting for a delivery since august attempted multiply times but came up with a excuse of why the couldn’t deliver. They have now increased the price if I want another delivery. Very poor buissness practice and horrendous Custoemr service

This must be the worst certas depot in the country it’s dirty there’s no bins and most importantly half the pumps don’t work the adblue has been out all this week they don’t deserve to have any customers

Friendly service and diesel is delivered on time so no complaints

Ws waiting for a delivery on the 26th feb. Was told i would get email notification the day before. I also gave them instructions as how to access my oil tank, none of this was noted and sent to driver. Had a missed call when i took children to school 3 days ago, by the time he answered his phone he said he wasnt coming back. Ive emailed and left messages for someone to call me back, no reply. Theyve just refunded the money into my bank. Its the oil i need not the refund. Wouldnt bother with these again. Found it cheaper elsewhere too.
