E Finch were excellent in every way for my Mums funeral. Our family have used Finch's for many years. I couldn't fault the service, they kept us in the loop through the whole process. Would highly recommend. Thank you for your help through a difficult time

I would like to publically acknowledge the wonderful compassionate and dedicated team starting with Ian our funeral director whose professional and yet sympathetic approach made arranging my mothers funeral less traumatic than I thought it would be. He helped my father and I immensely. On the day of mum's funeral the team included stuart our limo driver whose gentle and positive approach made the journey easier. Kim and john who managed and drove the horse drawn herse along with their wonderful horses Loki and Thor took my mum with dignity to her service. They were all so gentle and kind. To Wayne and Jamie two of mum's pallbearers. I did not get the names of three of the other pallbearers but they were the epitome of kind gentle dignified and professional. Thank you all and the team behind yourselves that took care of my mum during her time in your facilities. Words will never express the comfort you all have to us with your care of mum as well as your assistance to dad and I. Thank you so much.

Compassionate, highly professional. Everything went according to plan. Special thanks to Maks who looked after everything and kept me up to speed throughout the whole process. E Finch in Aldershot provided a truly excellent service for our family at a time of great sadness. Their communications were quick and they anticipated our needs, taking away the pressure of the practical arrangements. In particular we thank Funeral Director Maksims Cmihovs ('Maks') who was so kind, thoughtful, attentive and respectful throughout.

Ian was our funeral director, we found him to be very helpful and made us feel at ease . He took his time to explain everything and advise us in all matters. The service was lovely and Jo the celebrant added her own touch to the end of the service which made my dad special.

We received such amazing service whilst dealing with our mums funeral. Maks was so helpful and made everything so much easier to handle. Such a credit to the company. The horse and carriage was stunning.

In 2017 we used Finch & Son for my Mums funeral. I’d never organised a funeral and didn’t know where to begin. But I needn’t have worried because Maks and his team were amazing and guided me through the whole process.

So sadly when my Dad passed away there was no question who we would use and again Maks was on hand to ensure everything was perfect. He arranged all the details to have Dad collected from London to bring my him home to Aldershot.

Maks organised the flowers, a piper, the music and nothing was too much trouble. I must have emailed him a thousand times but he was amazing. I had complete confidence in him.

I felt assured on the day that Maks and his highly professional team would take care of everything and ensure it all went to plan. Again, it was a lovely send off and they did us proud.

I’ve already made it clear to my family who I’d like to arrange my own send off.

If there were more stars available I’d give them the max for Maks! 100%!
