James has been simply outstanding. I lost my little brother to very unfortunate and disturbing circumstances, and James has been nothing but a supportive, genuine and caring individual from start to finish. The personal touches, the respect shown to my brother, the efficiency of making this process as easy and painless as possible; all make for a superb level of service. James - words will never be enough to tell you how thankful I am to you for the support you have shown to me and my family. I hope I don't have to organise another funeral for a very long time, but if I do, I will choose you as my funeral directors ever single time. Thank you.

We anticipated the planning of our mums funeral to be really difficult and the expectation of preparing arrangements for mum during COVID would be close to impossible and we certainly came to AH Freemantle feeling lost and out of our depth.. however Sarah offered support and professionalism and guided us through the process perfectly.

Sarah was kind and gentle and we felt so comforted to work with her and ultimately the funeral she delivered was perfect and it was everything for mum we could have wanted.

Thank you for your kindness, empathy and compassion while helping us arrange my dad's funeral. It was (and still is) a very difficult time for us, but Kate made the whole planning of dad's funeral as pain free as possible. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better either, and you made sure mum (and the rest of us) were comfortable on what will be the hardest day of her life. We could tell that the care dad received while in their care would have been first class. The ceremony itself was lovely and dad/his coffin was treated with so much love and respect.
