Cannot fault this Company, made a sad day bearable. Chloe and Mike made the whole experience seamless and dignified, a real credit to the Company.

The service was very caring and friendly. The staff were very supportive and helped us through every stage. The celebrant was also very helpful and the day itself could not have gone any better. Everything went like clockwork. My Mother got the send off she deserved and would have wanted. The family would like to thank the staff at Michael Lawrence for making this difficult time easier. Unfortunately we were highly disappointed with the service here for a number of reasons...

A total lack of empathy by the administration team was hurtful to say the least..

After providing constructive feedback regarding how they could improve their service they stated that they they would be in touch to discuss this...

We are still waiting to hear back from them several weeks later....

We are now using a different local Funeral Director for a second family bereavement a few months after the last one...

The company is absolutely brilliant, very professional, empathetic, and compassionate, at a time I was in distress, they understood and made it easier at very difficult time.

I was very pleased with the way the whole funeral arrangements were handled from start to finish. My Dad had paid for a funeral plan, and everything went very smoothly. The guest at the funeral all remarked how lovely the ceremony was. I can thoroughly recommend them.
