At such a hard & emotional time, Jan was fantastic, she was so friendly, polite, gracious, generous but most of all caring & didn’t rush us to make decisions we weren’t sure about. My Dad’s funeral went so smoothly & was very dignified, exactly what he wanted. The whole team in Kidlington were all fantastic & made an emotionally charged day go smoothly, we couldn’t have asked for more.
