We really cannot thank Don, Anthea, Alan, Claudette and the team enough for putting so much care and attention into the arrangements following the passing of our dad. We first met Don in 2018 when our mum passed away and we were so impressed by the level of care that was shown towards our dad and us at the time. We reached out to Don and Anthea again in June when our dad sadly passed away and Anthea remembered us straight away which was lovely. We felt so cared for throughout the arrangements and Don directed the funeral service beautifully and it was a great comfort to have Don with us on the day. We will be forever grateful to Don and Anthea and the team for the wonderful support, care and kindness they have shown us while going through such a difficult time. We highly recommend Don and the team in every way.

Anthea and the team were warm, kind, down to earth, and helpful right from the first time we spoke on the phone. They are clearly experienced, explained the process and outlined options clearly and helped us think about the best way to honour my dear sister while keeping a budget in mind. Anthea was only ever kind whilst also being responsive and efficient and never pushing for decisions. The whole team were wonderful on the day of the cremation - guiding the family pallbearers skilfully and always honouring the solemnity of the occasion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don and his team really are the best there is. Exceptionally professional, caring, and pays attention to all your needs - down to every little detail. My dearest grandma sadly passed away this year and we were so glad we had Don conduct her funeral. He made us feel more at ease as he walked us through all the information and details, making sure we chose exactly what we wanted for my grandma’s funeral. Don and his whole team provided great comfort for me and my family during a time where we needed it the most. He went above and beyond to meet our requirements and we couldn’t have asked for a better funeral director. There is a reason why he has a 5 star rating. I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for the wonderful service provided for our family in the funeral of my wife. The whole staff: Anthea, Don, Claudette, Stewart, Ross and Alex showed love and respect to both my wife and our family throughout the whole process. When you are the bereaved funerals are not easy. However Anthea Don and their staff enable the whole process to be accomplished with a feeling of love rather than disquiet and distress. The arrangements made for a visit to the chapel of rest to say goodbye to my wife was such that it became a very useful, helpful and quite lovely experience. It was also suggested that the family, including myself, carried the coffin in and out of the \church. Members of the congregation actually said to us how suitable and relevant this was and indeed how touched they were. Many people commented that it was a lovely service, so beautiful and a fitting tribute. This is due to Anthea and her staff guiding us and helping us through it all with considerable ability and efficiency. I would not hesitate in fully recommending them to anyone. Indeed I would encourage this if you want the best. They must be at the top of the class.

Our family extend our deepest thanks to Anthea and the team for their seamless and caring dedication to our Father's care. From the initial phone call, Anthea guided us easily through each step, taking charge of all we needed, and offering us guidance and ideas, at a time of the most profound distress.
