From start to finish, Leslie made everything easy for us and was very helpful from arranging the funeral and making sure Mum's ashes were picked up early, to enable us to go to Cornwall the following day.

I was charged nearly £7000 for a funeral when all I asked for any different was an environmentally friendly casket and an extra limo. Not one of the people I have spoken to since, even those with relatives having funerals in London, have paid over £4500. Despite asking for an explanation for this, we are yet to receive one that makes any sense.

We asked for another family member to be called instead of me due to my distress, yet I was still called on a number of occasions, and one of those times my late husband was called by the wrong name. It was often very difficult to get through to anyone at the main call centre out of hours. It took months for the charity donations to be "processed" and when we complained about the cost we were offered a £600 refund which has yet to materialise, months later.

At the time, due to the circumstances, we were all distraught and we only wish someone had managed to tell us how bad a service we would receive and how we would effectively be ripped off because our grief would not allow us to question things.

Dignity. You are all over the news because of this. When someone comes in and doesn't know if they are on their backside or their elbow,.
When they are 46 years old and have lost their husband and are in utter torture. Please, DON'T give them the most expensive funeral charges you have because you realise they know no different at their age and they are in such distress they wont question it. At a time when someone needs compassion and help, give them that instead, please. Its your duty to do so.

Lesley provided excellent service throughout the process of arranging my partner's funeral. On the day the arrangements more than met my expectations and we were all very grateful for the care they took. It took a weight off my mind that we were so well looked after.

R Davies was the best choice I could have made when my dad sadly passed away from the moment you walked in the door you felt at ease Rachel Jordan was amazing she was like talking to a best friend the warmth and compassion shown to me made it so realaxing always ringing asking if there was anything Thay can do for me and my family even after the funeral the after care was like Thay could not do enough everything I asked for was dun to what we wanted not forced into anything so if you have lost a love one I would not hesitate to use r Davies and a really big thank you to Rachel Jordan for being so amazing and compassionate helping me through that tough time thank you

The team in Bishopsworth are amazing lovely people. They can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. In your time of pain and grief they are comforting, caring, loving and although they maybe extremely busy they will put all that aside to comfort you. Lesley is a wonderful person and I can't thank her enough for taking care of my Mum.
