The staff at Ann Bonham & sons went above and beyond to make the devastating time I was going through as easy for me as possible . Angela was so kind and helpful with every little thing I needed she was there to help me . Gail was So caring on the sad day of the funeral it was like having an extra Aunty helping me thru the horrible experience of laying my mum to rest . The whole experience with these lovely people was excellent , they are professional but with so much care and understanding at the same time . On approaching Ann Bonham & Son, I was fortunate to be assigned Angela as my point of contact. From the initial meeting, right up to days after my father's funeral, Angela in particular & Ann Bonham's in general, treated me with kindness, consideration and the attitude that nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak of Angela, the team and the service provided, highly enough.

Bonhams helped when my dad died. Mum was insisted they would provide her funeral too. What a good choice. From first contact , years ago, Ruth has been quietly supportive, knowledgeable and reassuring. Through times of uncertainty she/ they have provided security, expertise and understanding. All of our many and constantly changing requests were accommodated patiently and always leaving me at ease. On the day itself, yesterday, the dignity, patience, professionalism - and friendliness when needed- of the whole team couldn’t have been put into safer hands.

Lovely caring service given to cutomers during a difficult time. You are allocated a chaperone who guides you through the process and experience and are willing to help in any way they can. Even post funeral there is contact to see if you needany further assistance. Cannot thank the team enough for their guidance and support in aiding me with arranging the funeral arrangements.
