My sisters and I couldn't have been happier with the service Fulchers provided. Michael at Fulchers was brilliant at helping us organise our mothers funeral, his attention to detail was outstanding and the gentle respect and care he showed to our mother and ourselves was so appreciated. He was always going that extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. He really made the difference at, what is always a sad time.

Dawn was most helpful and answered our questions with knowledge and care. Dawn made us feel at ease and guided us through the complete process. On the day the people who took our Mum on her final ride were professional and very caring making sure the funeral was a celebration of Mum's life as we wanted

I was highly recommended to use Fulcher's after my Mother passed away. I walked into their offices, greeted by Kevin who listened intently to my requests and did exactly as requested and kept me up to date almost daily with the arrangements. I will use Fulcher's again when my Father passes away as their attention to detail was within their DNA.

The service provided was stress free. Fulchers provided a tremendous service basically leaving us with nothing to do but to attend the funeral. Dawn was amazing and directed us all the way.

In case you don't want to read everything: an excellent funeral director, specific to your needs, willing to adapt to your circumstances whatever they may be, and offer all lines of support imaginable, sometimes at no cost at all; they provide beautiful services regardless of financial status and are more supportive and compassionate than most humans alive.

I'm very late to write this review but I simply could not stomach writing it at the time. From start to finish, L Fulchers was accommodating, understanding and sympathetic to our needs and our choices.

Communication was always there, all questions were promptly answered, guidance in anything we needed received - I cannot stress enough how much support was given to me and my family throughout our most gut-wrenching period, and how much support we received from them.

The staff bring whatever you might need to the table, be it humour or a listening ear or even words of consolation. They're open to whatever ideas you might have and whatever circumstances you might be going through, and will adapt to suit you and your family's needs.

L Fulchers went above and beyond to provide an excellent funeral for my father when they didn't have to; they offered cheaper options, better solutions and went as far as to come to our home to discuss any further details with myself and my family.

These are people who don't judge or criticise, but who actually TRY to help you with no personal gain for themselves, and I can say this wholeheartedly. My family had undergone financial difficulties at the time and L Fulchers was still able to create a beautiful service for my father, and that is something so profoundly touching that I could not sit here and tell you not to go with this funeral director.

I strongly recommend L Fulchers and I thank them for all they have done for me and my family during that difficult time. I hope whoever is reading this is able to go through the same experience as I went through, as it is so very heart-warming when you feel as through all has been lost.

It truly is a light at the end of the tunnel.
