Though not a customer myself I have witnessed first hand the extent of customer service and support that this company offer to the bereaved families whilst working at cemeteries and crematoriums over the course of this virus outbreak. Going the extra yard for less able grievers and tailoring a service personal to each family during difficult times, this is a proper company that cares and I would advise others to use their services in the unfortunate event of a loved ones demise.

As a family we could not of asked for a better service from Jennings they did everything possible to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely give 5 stars.

Fantastic professional courteous and respectful service. Sarah, Henna and the team were amazing. I was nervous about seeing my dad in the chapel of rest but they were very reassuring and I'm so glad I went in now because he looked so serene and at peace. On the day Ruth read the wonderful eulogy, she was so sensitive and reverent. The funeral directors were very supportive and kind and between them they all made one of the worst days of my life bearable. Thank you.

Everything went very smoothly. Staff were extremely professional and considerate. I cannot imagine how the arrangements and funeral itself could have been any better.

I would highly recommend Jennings and especially Henna and Abi for the arrangements with my fathers funeral. Henna was great with all the preparatory arrangements and kept us informed on progress throughout without being obtrusive. Abi made sure that everything went as planned on the day of the funeral to ensure we gave my father the kind of send off he would have wanted.
