Very professional service in difficult circumstances due to social distancing

I had to recently organise my beloved Mum's funeral. Thankfully, we'd talked about what she wanted so that spared us any unnecessary heartache and became a labour of love instead. I dealt with Kate who was easy and professional to deal with, understood perfectly and appointed the perfect celebrant for Mum (Tina). Her funeral was simple and dignified. We were able to have all the elements we wanted - music, poem, family tribute and photo slideshow - to celebrate her life beautifully.

Extremely caring and compassionate. They organised a beautiful service for my husband. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I was kept informed all the way through this difficult time. Would definitely recommend.

They have ruined the worse day of my family life. They didn't ask about the program or tell us how to do it. they didn't ask how we was getting one. This company just take the money and that's it. No one word from them and we was chasing them. Being mad is an understatement. I know it's a pandemic but still. And even on the day we called them to make sure everything was in place and it wasn't. The day stressful as it is and they just add to this. they should show some respect. And we as a family got nothing
