It's a hard & difficult time losing any loved one but i could not recommend Warren and the team at Exeter & District funeral services enough. The real genuine care Warren showed from the start, during and after care he offered has supported myself and family throughout this difficult process. It's hard to sum up just how Warren made us feel at ease but the journey felt so personal, he had all the time for us, never felt like anything was too much or like you were asking a silly question, it didn't feel like a business but like you are talking to someone real who is a old school genuine man. Honestly can't recommend them enough.

When faced with having to choose a Funeral Director for a loved one that has recently passed it is quite refreshing to find a director who was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to the family.

Warren was amazing and supportive throughout the whole process and even came in while on holiday to conduct the service.

Our recent experience with Warren Drew and the Exeter & District Funeral Service was just about as good as you could possibly imagine.
This is a team who know exactly what they are doing. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is fantastic. Emails and calls dealt with immediately. The team's ability to relate sensitively and positively at a sad time is second to none. Plans were checked and double checked to ensure a smooth service and nothing was left to chance.
On the day we were looked after brilliantly so we could concentrate on remembering our loved one.
Mark Gilborson (Devon Civil Celebrant) conducted the service seamlessly, with great sincerity and professionalism. Gone are the days of turgid, tedious words to a bored congregation.
Use these people...they're really excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Warren and the Team at Exeter and District looked after our family well and supported us through all aspects of making arrangements after my father's death. We can't rate them highly enough. They showed great compassion, empathy and care in all of their interactions with us as a family. Warren ensured that my mum was especially supported through the difficult weeks before and after the funeral, with great warmth and care.

We used Exeter & District Funeral Service for my father’s funeral early in 2017 and had no hesitation returning to them when my mother died last year. The team are wonderfully professional, compassionate and reassuring at a time when you can be floundering. Funeral Director Warren is a star!
