I am honestly lost for words. But I can quote the ones said to me when I came in to speak about catering for my 1 month old daughters funeral.

"Not tea biscuits or sympathy served here, you dont need sympathy"- quote - linda

Unfortunatly there was no care sensitivity or compassion here. Next to no information, no guidance. I was in disbelief until I sat down and spoke to another funeral director.

Shop around, do not settle for less for your loved ones !
