I ordered a memory foam mattress and got stiffed with some next type of mattress, it’s definitely not a memory foam mattress is says hard firm, too hard orthopaedic mattress, not memory foam. So another night wasted after waiting a week already and spending £270 on this. I’m definitely getting a refund or I want a memory foam mattress. Let’s see if they fix this issue.

Ok the very next day they came and brung me the correct mattress, so I guess they must have made a mistake. But the question is if I never rung and asked would it have been resolved? .
