The quality of Habitat products is not what it used to be, it is more of an upmarket Ikea but more expensive.

This store is well lit and has a good range on display.

Lots of great household items at a decent price. Displays are nicely set out.

Bought a coffee table got the delivery date set up ... Only to be cancelled and HOUR before delivery. Showroom blaming warehouse and the warehouse blaming delivery. People wonder why stores are shutting...... Please don't lie to your customers

I highly recommend this branch. Very welcoming, helpful, efficient team in the shop...they went the extra mile to look after us.

Ordered and paid for 2 chairs from this store last week. They were due to be delivered yesterday. They never came. Spent over an hour on the phone being passed around various departments before being told they would be delivered today instead but could not be given a time. Sat in all day again waiting for the delivery which once again has not arrived with no explanation. Am currently in another 30min queue with the recorded message telling me ‘how much we value your custom’.

I suspect IKEA will value it more for my future purchases.

Love the furniture, delivery times are a little unrealistic. I mean 6 weeks for a sofa? But still the quality of the furniture is 1st class.

It's the end of an era. Habitat will never be the same now that Sainsbury's have merged it with Argos but it'll always be known as the brand that championed excellent design, outstanding quality and pioneered many things. 😊 Gone are the days of wandering around the stores and buying one too many things for the home. A huge thanks to the staff of this store who made the final few weeks special whilst customers were given one last chance to buy true Habitat goodness. You will be missed. 😢

What a wasted journey, it's an empty shop, no stock on the shelves, no point being open
