We have been to the closing down sale at MK and bought a dining table. It is really sad to see businesses are down sizing or closing completely. Anyways, we are really pleased with the purchase and supportive staffs. They delivered items on same day as promised, installed it, and gave us useful tips around how to protect it.
💯% happy with products and post sale. We are very happy to recommend to anyone and definitely go back to Mr.Tay & Sim for future purchase.

Excellent customer service during purchase and afterwards. Delivery guys took six items of furniture and a bed to a first floor flat and assembled all items fully. The quality of the furniture is excellent, I purchased sideboards, tv unit, lamp table and coffee table for my own home nearly ten years ago and they are all in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend 💯

Disappointing. There was no variety of stock. Most pieces were in the same shade of oak and just a few styles. Was not worth the effort for us. The only other person in the shop on this Saturday afternoon - the salesperson - did not even acknowledge us.
