I brought a new bed and I love it and the staff are so nice and friendly and on time on delivery and set up my new bed for me would recommend to anyone

Large purchase of furniture was dealt with courteously and efficiently by everyone concerned in June 2020 items safely delivered as promised.
Since delivery a minor stitching fault on one cushion of the seating unit was notified to them and a replacement was quickly ordered and delivered and fitted by their representative.
That's great 5 star service Cushy. Thankyou.

We visited the store about 1.30pm today, thursday 12th May, discovered the recliner chairs we wanted, and they were delivered to us at about 4pm this same afternoon. Wow, what superb customer treatment with the fastest delivery ever!! Well done to Graham and Paul, two smashing chaps. Great store with lovely staff.

Brought a brand new double bed mattress, and it stinks of mould. Only had it 4 days Hoping the smell would Disappear.
Due to the health risks of mould, I am forced to buy another mattress Elsewhere

The mattress is OK but it Smells of mould.

Surprisingly large selection of sofas, beds etc. at reasonable prices. We spent quite some time in-store, eventually choosing our sofa which was delivered as promised. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all a splendid shopping experience.

Staff are very helpful and polite and friendly and we bought a ottoman bed base with headboard and they delivered on time on the day that was agreed and erected the bed and showed what to adjust if required
