Only 50% plants so lots of other garden essentials and luxuries. Cafe was good but very busy, we still found a seat though. Clean and spacious in every department. Plants definitely need more watering and attention during the day.

Came in the other day for a few things. Needed some advice on roses and found a member of staff called Sarah doing a beautiful display and I asked her few questions regarding a certain rose. She was very helpful and seem to be very knowledgeable. A great experience all round and will be there again soon. Thank you.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful savoury tea in the new and refurbished restaurant. A special mention for Gary who met us with a welcoming smile and showed us to our table which was all set and ready. A very professional and attentive member of staff. The food was delicious and we had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Garden centre is lovely to walk around and with the other shops in its complex it can keep you entertained (even if you don’t buy anything which is hard not to do!)for hours.

This a nice, clean, spacious garden centre, with a few small businesses in separate, smaller units. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, when we called in at random, when in the area. Disabled access is good. The car park seems adequate. We are planning a return visit, on a day when we have more time.

As a hillier member I found the alterations very disappointing not only with the garden centre it’s self, confusing design, too fussy articulated areas, but most of all not a covered doggy area to sit & have a meal, only an area outside & sit in the rain!!!! Previously a lovely covered area - not any more. The pub down the road does better!!!!!! Take a leaf out of Everton garden centre book so busy a job to get a seat inside & outside covered area( & very dog friendly). The food exceptional.

Nice spacious garden centre. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is available but didn't use. Couple of consession shops and garden rooms for sale are on site. Stock of Christmas decorations disappointing compared with others.

Disappointing visit today. Disabled toilet was not clean and would assume not subject to regular checks. Service in the restaurant was poor, tables not cleared and looking clean. Struggled to choose something to eat, not a lot that was simple and straightforward on the menu.

Can't wait till they have finished tge improvements, loads of bargains at the moment.
Restaurant is always a great place to sit and chill, be even better when the outside new courtyard is completed.
Lovely feel to the centre with the Christmas decorations and lights.
Great value and choice of plants and garden stuff.
Even better with the Hillier discount card.
