Battersea Flower Station Garden Centre & Florist

I looked up Garden Centres on the map that are close to Victoria and found this one at Battersea - it is a relatively reasonable distance on bus 170 and an ideal afternoon out for several hours. It was based just off the busy road heading to Battersea Park.
The staff members were very friendly and welcoming; there was a vast array of plants and Xmas trees and a few indoor greenhouses towards the back end of the garden. I was mainly here to have a look around; I also purchased a small Xmas tree to keep throughout the festive season (£3.99 for a mini one) and a small container to go with it. I really enjoyed the variety of plants/herbs and the range of Xmas Trees (mostly from Norway) seemed appealing. The garden centre itself was quite narrow, and there was not much chance to socially distance so better to wear a mask, in my opinion, even though it is mostly outside!
An ideal time to visit during the winter, to get into the Festive Spirit.

Such a special local gem. Walking through the long narrow path from the entrance all the way to the back feels like discovering a new, hidden world, every time!

The quality of the plants combined with the knowledgeable and friendly service makes this place impossible to beat.

Went there today and received advice on how to turn the shady part of our flower bed into something lush and green. Extremely happy with the result!

Such a special place! Wonderful to visit even if you’re not in the market for anything, but there’s so many wonderful plants, beautiful pots, and fun little things like greeting cards, you won’t want to leave without something!

Such a gem in Battersea! Lovely to visit for just a wander and its so pretty to look around! They have such unique plants that I've not seen elsewhere / online at places like Patch Plants - got this beautiful hanging plant - a Saxifraga stolonifera, love it!

Battersea Flowers Station assembled a beautiful bouquet for my sister's birthday. They did a wonderful job, with easy communication, a simple transaction and smiles from my sister. I wish all of life were like a bouquet of flowers and BFS is doing what it can to fulfill that fragile hope.

Absolutely helpful and professional service. I am in Australia and John was so obliging with my requests for sending a plant with a pot and a verse on a card...

A fairy garden place to get indoor/outdoor plants and fresh flower bouquet! There is a big selection of plants, pots and other gardening materials and accessories. People are friendly, helpful and very smiley 😊 I will def visit them again! 🌿🌱🪴💐🌵🌷🌺
