There are raised beds to display the plants that suit both the younger gardeners and the disabled as well as the general buyer.
The changes inside are good, the main restaurant looks very good and the area around the Kipling cafe nice and smart.
My only complaint is that we forgot our Blue Diamond card but after the purchase there is no way to add the points to your loyalty card.
Previously- Visited with my disabled wife yesterday. Due to COVID measures the store has put in place a one way system around the store that is ok if you can walk with no impairment. The distance from entering he store to exiting the store (with no diversion) has to be at least 150m!
By the time my wife had struggled to walk the length of the store (as you enter you walk through the covered part that is not the main store with no option to enter) just to get in she was too exhausted to look at any of the products and just wanted to get out and back to the car so she could sit again.
There needs to be a shorter route.
We will not be back
The place was clean, tidy, well presented full of everything you can think of and more.
We had a really nice lunch with vegan options too bonus and the posh pop was yummy. This is definately worth remembering to recommend to anyone going on holiday forget the service station this is a must 👍🥰
Lunch was excellent bacon and brie paninis with salad and crisps, the service was very fast and the staff very warm and friendly.
This week we had breakfast in the restaurant I highly recommend the eggs benedict. Again excellent service.
The centre is so big you could make this a day out! Some things are a little expensive, but if you keep your eyes peeled there are also some amazing bargains.
Warning! If your not planning to eat in the restaurant fill up before you go or you will buy too many cakes and treats!
There are some nice things to buy, especially if you're looking for gifts. The two cafes are nice, but cakes are ridiculously expensive and very very sweet. We enjoy sitting in the Kipling tea room, where it's very comfortable and usually quieter than the larger restaurant.
