I placed an order on Tuesday 2nd November via the website as I needed these for a special order, the form said to leave a message, which I replied with my opening hours so I didn't miss them being delivered. However, today Tuesday 9th one week later not received, so had to cancel, I see they only send on mon/tues/wed although would of presumed they would of been sent on the previous Wednesday. My issue is, that I replied via email as thats the only contact, to ask for a refund which I have had, but the way in which the company has emailed me back is so unprofessional, very rude, quite shocked, hence the review, with so many companies available nowadays surely customer service should be paramount.
