Issues with computer

Having ordered Two 47kg cylinders of LPG from Flogas Newport Gwent branch just before a bank holiday weekend I said I had no problem waiting until the following Wednesday for delivery but might I have an eta to ensure I would be at home. I was told that was fine I would get a text on the Tuesday evening giving me a time slot. The promised text didn’t arrived on Tuesday evening and the gas didn’t arrive on Wednesday, there was no courtesy call to let me know so a whole day was wasted. I called on Thursday morning and was told that the driver must have run out of time, fine, but have the decency to let your customer know. I was told it would be delivered that day ( Thursday) mentioned that I hadn’t received the promised text re eta, no record of it. Reiterated that the driver would need to ring for me to unlock gate to give him access to my property and to ensure that I would be there. At 4.15 no sign of gas, rang again to be told it had been delivered, not to me it hadn’t, but to my neighbour three houses away ..... No phone call, I then had to manhandle the cylinders along an unmade road and find room for them as I now had six cylinders not four. I am 66 years old and struggled to do it. Their Customer service is abysmal and they have now lost a prospective ongoing customer who certainly won’t recommend them to any of my neighbours.

Needed a 13kg butane exchange at local flogas depot..out of stock was the answer..REALLY..wasnt asking for a tanker full of gas..not much help from office,guess they havent much time for the odd gas bottle.??.CHANGED TO CALOR GAS,,local depot very helpful...
