CHECK YOUR CHANGE!! Especially if you go there at night! Everytime i go to the place they try and short change me, or charge me twice on my debit card. AVOID, go to the Tesco petrol station in the high street if you can!
Tonight for example, my bill was £6.30, gave the guy a £10 note, got £3.20 change. Disputed it, he asked if i was sure...i hadn't taken the money from the drawer thing (late night they do it through the window), he gave me my receipt instead...so told him...you short changed me (50p). Just to add, he spend 40-50 seconds counting out my change, he knew exactly what he was doing, he gave me a mish mash of coins to try and confuse me..but i can do basic math, so he failed!! He didn't open the till to give me the 50p, it was on the side...how strange eh lol!! BEWARE and avoid if possible!

Lovely staff but be VERY VERY CAREFUL with cash machine . I myself uncovered a camera and a card scanner on the machine. You would never have spotted it its only the fact I was delivering and see 2 young males acting strange. So I investigated the machine removed it and told shop assistant.

Had a parcel delivered here, turned up with my ID and tracking number. The man behind the till refused to give me my parcel and was very unhelpful. Unfriendly experience and my problem isn’t resolved.

Always 50/50 as to whether you'll be able to send a parcel, first it's the printer, then I start printing my own labels and they say it's the scanner. The next nearest parcel drop is Epping, and yet their scanner or printer is never broken 🙄 also their kindling (and just about everything else) is almost double the price of the kindling a few yards down the road at Nisa, far cheaper options for fuel around too! (Norton Heath) There is a younger man there who is always really lovely, but most the others have been quite standoffish and rude over the years, they always tell me its broke, come tomorrow, and wave me off, today was the 5th time they couldn't send my parcel

Wish they pick up the phone especially now with this fuel crisis, trying to ring around to see whose actually got fuel and who hasn’t. I even wanted to ask if there was any bread left in their shop as it’s the nearest convenient little store to some of us living in a rural area.

Easily accessible from the roundabout, 2 attendants so paying is quick. And. Costa coffee machine
