Bp

Car wash broke down on Saturday, with car in it. Attendant didn't come out, so I had to exit car and go get him. He said he'd come when he'd served next customer, but then let another 4 or 5 cars come in and serve them first. I'd even told him I'd got shopping in the car. A kind of don't care attitude.

Decent mechanical car wash and jet wash bay. Powerful vacuum cleaner (£1.00 for 4 minutes) plus a compressor for tyre inflation. Petrol is a fair bit more expensive than supermarket forecourt prices.

It's a very average BP in a quite central location, however it's pretty expensive in here and the staff when I visited were unfriendly and unhelpful. It's certainly not a place I would go out of my way to visit as it offers nothing of value.

Collect plus machine constantly not working (for returns only) I think the guy behind the counter just be bothered to take my parcels. So if your thinking of returning to use a collect plus service, I wouldn't bother!

The guy name Mubarak was the worst staff ever I have seen! He was so stupid rude and all I have said to him that as I am a customer I expect a greetings from you and you never give me a greetings and he was saying he never do this and he dont care also he was eating food while serving? Seriously reduculas service from this BP station and the management should do something about it! Such a disgusting service ever in the UK!

Automatic car wash is broken and jet wash is a joke. Half way working. I read others reviews and must say -STAY AWAY FROM this "BP". Such a big company world wide and have so many issues. Shame on you. DISAPPOINTMENT !!!

Staff really nice. But as normal bp rewards out do them self's with rubbish offers... get an extra 200 points when you fill up..... with 80liters or more....
That's very hard in a nissan micra....

Used the jet wash and the worn brush head scratched most of my windows. Company car so not a problem for me personally, but could do with a countdown timer on that thing and periodic brush replacements or at least cleaning them of debris to prevent scratches
