Filled up £70 with fuel and then asked to use the toilet to be told they don't have one. Clearly a lie. Also taken the washer fluid hose out of a new air machine to try and force people to buy their canisters

Nice little shop, but they have no control measures of people entering the store. Being very small it was extremely over crowded when I visited yesterday. With covid levels rising again they need to introduce controls to allow safe social distancing

Brilliant staff and motorway services and drinks and food stop fill up and feel great and appreciated x

Something very suspicious about this petrol station.
First they did not reset the meter after previous customer. Had to ask 3 times. As I walked back and forth one miserable looking woman behind counter and miserable looking man inside just stared through window at me and did not help.
When I paid I did it in cash because they refused to allow cash use in the first instance despite me seeing a teenager pay for a drink with cash.
The till operator argued with me about change until I asked for footage from camera above her. When I handed over a note she opened till and started emptying bags I assumed looking for change. In fact she just ignored me and went to serve another customer instead of giving me change in first instance, then she claimed the note was smaller. After I asked for footage from camera she agreed.
I suspect dishonesty
The lack of resetting pump after customers is a red flag.
Turned a 5 minute fill up into a 20 minute affair
I suspect they hope busy people just pay up and move on.

Not sure why at 5 to 6 I couldn't go in to buy a coffee when the man was there doing nothing. It would have been 6 by the time the machine made it. Rules are rules i guess. Didn't wait. Went to the next petrol station to fill tank and coffee cup.

I only stopped to grab a coffee on the way to work, but they’re always lovely to me in there regardless as to whether it’s a coffee from the costa machine or a full tank of petrol.

Good prices, helpful staff

Only place to get Diesel today in Tunbridge Wells, due to the shortage and panic buyers. Stupidly expensive but had to go here. Other than that, it's a petrol station, nothing else to report.
