Shell

This has happened 2nd time with the same person. The guy at the till having very poor customer service quality. No greetings, no smiling and no thanks. I feel very unwelcome here. Transaction date 28 July at 22: 20.

Shell currently selling some of the most expensive fuel in the country no wonder they clocked up 9 billion profit last year, I've been using this garage for some 30 years for petrol diesel and lpg when they sold that ,but now due to their exorbitant prices I go elsewhere.

It's a third time or even more I have a really bad experience as customer with one of the staff. always with the same guy, he is Asian and does really rude all the times, worst behaviour i have been see as customer, today I have asked for heets tobacco and he say straightway he dont have it, as im a regular customer from this petrol station i have told him exactly where it was and wich cupboard it was, he was trying to refuse to open it, after few times from my persistence he decided finally to open but always arguing with a bad rude behaviour. also he does this behaviour with more customers.

I've been coming to this 24hrs petrol station for a while. Recently, I have noticed with a particular member of staff he is always doing some paperwork and tells customers his closed for 10min. Apparently, they always close it at 11.50 for 10min. Yet Shell advertise this station as a 24hrs petrol station.

Visited again, the same staff on duty. Tonight he looked more scruffy than usual seemed high or nursing a hangover. I asked for one thing he gave me something completely different and then when I pointed it out he refused to correct his mistake and take the item back through the hatch. Most of the staff are very professional and polite except this one who is very rude. Seems like other customers have also highlighted the staff yet his poor customer service/behaviour continue to persist.

These guys at 6am are all asleep you have to bang on the window to wake them up and then no sorry no nothing shell sort your recruitment out

Nice clean and plenty of lighting.
I use the shell app to pay for petrol which means I don't need to go into the store after filling up. Saves time queuing and no need to leave kids unattended.

They have tissue paper and gloves available to use when filling up.

There is also a tyre pressure machine which you have to pay to use.

I visit here every day, forecourt always clean and tidy.

Staff very kind and efficient.

Well stocked snaks and drinks, many over priced, compared to supermarkets..

Staff are so friendly and helpful, they have time to explain little things like the app etc. I will be using this one now! Very different from the staff at Abridge shell who are miserable rude and racist!
