Tesco Petrol Station

Claim to be open 24 Hrs but when we arrived at 21:30, they were closed!

OK petrol station,it can get rather busy at times,the staff don't speak to you or acknowledge you,they just take your payment without a smile or a thank you 😰😢😱😪🤯not very nice!!

Open fridges and the heater over the door on full blast. Woman behind the till didn’t understand how ridiculous that was.

They will overcharged you express and they are not honest

It was mothers day and pretty much EVERYWHERE had sold out on the much beloved gesture of love and appreciation (flowers) at my time of visit.

However, the ladies on shift were extremely helpful and supportive. The conversation was useful and better yet, their customer service was second to none. As a result of their helpful guidance, I even bought more items than had planned.

I wish I could recall their names, therefore give them the much deserved mention.

5* is a rarity, however, credit is given where credit is due.

I was only asking for my receipt becuase some of their pumps don't print out receipts. I told her the pump number and she asked how much I used, she infact knows how much it was because she could see it in her monitor. I already paid I just needed the receipt.

I couldn't work out how NOT to pay at the pump, so I paid at the pump and then I went in the shop and the evil, EVIL checkout lady pointed out that I could get a free chocolate bar with my purchases (meal deal, basically).
So it's HER fault I'm getting even fatter.

Tesco petrol stations are better than Sainsburys ones simply because of the pay at pump service. With the issues that we've had with HGV driver shortages lines have been extremely long but because of the pay at pum the seemingly longer queue was through in 20 minutes, at least for me it was. Tesco was organised, with staff coordinating everything from the queue to sending cars to the next available pump that had the specific petrol/diesel type needed. Amazing service. 👏🏾
