Conveniently placed just off of the A40. Every time I have visited, the pumps have been in working order and there has been no queue. Staff are good too.

Absolutely bad service. Just bought a drink and wanted to collect parcel but staff doesn’t understand for that part, no training provided. Still waiting like half an hour ago for their manager who would be able to give a parcel to me. Really bad service, never choose this service again.

Unbelievably shocking bad service. Came to collect a parcel. Staff member scanned my barcode and then told me I had to wait whilst he serve every other customer who came in after me. He made me stand there whilst he served six customers buying cigarettes, alcohol etc who all came in after me. (All men and I am a young woman, not a coincidence, I’m sure).Every time someone new came in, he stopped trying to help me in order to serve someone new. He couldn’t find my parcel and was insisting I come back another day. It was only on my insistence that my parcel was there that he finally stopped and properly looked. Was in there around 20 mins just to get a parcel even though there was no one ahead of me in the queue when I walked in. Apparently his boss says he must serve parcels last. Rude and ignorant customer service. So don’t bother using click and collect here, they don’t value your custom.

Not happy with the rules in this station,staff very rude-not treating customers very nice and not being helpful! I highly don’t recommend this shop!!!

Very convenient. Just off the a40 . Has cash point groceries and a hot sandwich section. Coffee machine and great staff

I have been using this petrol station for Click + Collect for the past year and I have never had any problems. I have received probably close to 50 items at this location and the service has always friendly and professional and first class. Thanks very much guys, you are the best.

in relation to londis - in violation of trading standards. items are labelled incorrectly then sold at a higher price at checkout. staff unwilling to honor the price and treat customers disrespectfully.
