You have pay at the pump and in case you forget anything in store there is a mini shop with two cashiers where you pay. There is also a car wash but it is permanently closed in winter and rarely works if it snows or if the temperature hits zero degrees.
She had to get her manager Jo and they were both EXTREMELY confused by the request as they never done that before, even tho i told her every other morrison store does that but still blank uneducated faces with no common sense stared back with nothing but East Enders on their minds
Positive:
It does have pay-at-pump technology for quick access and speed.
The shop is well stocked, and you do get Morrisons Miles points on fuel.
Costa express station inside for drinks, and a chiller too for cold ones.
The supermarket is really close by, should the shop not have anything to your liking.
Negative:
Whilst handy for the local community, it's prices can be very expensive at times, due to the location and proximity for delayed drivers commuting between J5 and J4 of the M5. There's always a breakdown, car crash or severe delay which causes re-routed traffic along the A38, and this fuel station is half-way between the two motorway junctions.
Also the car-wash has been out of action for years. You're better off going to the BP garage for a car wash in the north end of Bromsgrove.
Overall, a good petrol station for the community, although expensive for a supermarket. Given most supermarket fuel stations are generally cheaper, Bromsgrove's one isn't. It's more in competition with the Shell Wychbold, Esso M42 J1, BP North Bromsgrove and BP Wychbold garages (all really expensive).
