24 hour but minimum £5 card payment so if you need milk at night or something bring some cash. I understand that banks charge so do not see the min as a drawback more of a handy tip if your just getting a couple of items.

Come in most mornings for bits and bobs, came in yesterday with a Scottish £20 note and refused to accept it, find this really disappointing as I am a regular in this store, surely in this day and age they have devices to tell whether notes are fake or genuine.
Don't get me wrong the staff are fantastic, but I have found this episode very disappointing.

Not just a petrol station has a great variety of food fresh made up cobs and cold drinks also an off licence with a good variety of wines and beers

Mostly very pleasant, well stocked with good services

Like this place a lot always get regular fuel plus I can get paraffin for greenhouse heater

Very unhappy stuff. I don't know if you've ever heard about "8 rules that will ensure efficient and friendly customer service in your store", if not, I will mention them:
1. Greet the client with a smile. ❌
2. Take care of your image and your workplace. ❌
3. Treat the client like a business partner. ❌
4. Put the customer first. ❌
5. Actively listen to the client. ❌
6. Maintain a positive relationship with the client. ❌
7. Advise the client. ❌
8. Give thanks, say goodbye to the customer and invite him to go shopping again. ❌ Unfortunately, I have not met any of these points in the store.
