The guy who works in the evenings and stands at the till near the window - you are the most rude and unpleasant man, every time I come to this station there is a problem with him and his 'rules'. Never a problem with a girl who works in the morning. Their air pump wasn't working properly and he refused to refund the money that was put in the machine. Tesco's petrol station few mins away is 100 times better.

I was fueling my van tank for long drive suddenly stopped fuel then i found out the guy who's name Kamal standing behind cash desk stopped my nozzle from inside then i went inside ask him he said i had maximum fuel so restricted automatically , i never ever seen in uk maximum fuel restriction during the day, I just seen on auto fuel station during the night maximum £99 that's it .so he is been lie to me. Thats not respect to customer he thought I'm fulling my tank and run away so make my feel so bad. I really disappointed. Thats rubbish customer service.

Great place to fill up your petrol tank. The workers are quick to serve customers. Also their brand food is amazing especially the flapjacks.

Used this garage for years but only use to go there in the morning due to the man working in the evenings who wears glasses being so rude to the point were I've had to take time out my day to write this, he's constantly on the phone every time I go in there and will keep you waiting while he's in deep conversation with whoever he is talking to, does pay for fuel around half past 5 every night and seems like he picks and chooses who he does it to, have not once had a please or thank you from him not sure if that's due to me being a male as he can't be any nicer to females that go in there as I've witnessed while waiting in a queue he's a creep, he must be related to someone who is the manager for him to still be working in the shop!the lady's that use to work in the morning was polite and friendly but haven't seen them in a while now as they have a new thin bloke that is also rude and leaves you standing at the pump for ten minutes before he decides to turn it on, so ended up driving out! Use the tesco in south ockendon they are cheaper and much more polite

Parcels then have to stand waiting for pre-paid fuel customer before they serve you again to drop yodel Parcels. Why offer a service but don’t have the staff. Extremely rude staff member said go some where else.. fuel is priority..

Fuel is expensive here compare to other places in the area. 24 hours open for fuel and drinks. Night staff is very very slow. Car wash availble but till pm. 4/10

Expensive, nearly double the price of everything compared to local shops.... redbul, water, snacks, icecreams all Expensive. Staff is really nice though.

It's got what you need. Prices are a little high but these places always are. Sometimes can get a little busy and the staff are on the phone to other people when they are serving. But it's a petrol station it is what it is.
