Absolute worst customer service in the world, tried to pick up a package and the bloke behind the counter showed no interest in helping me get my package or using any initiative to get over the system being down, a wasted journey for a package I needed, don't get anything delivered there, you'll only regret it. Terrible place, I only gave it one star because zero stars aren't allowed.

On average, petrol prices are slightly cheaper then competition, only with few distributors, making you to q in quite tight and busy area around it, but likely not for long mainly due to small and a bit expensive shop, where customers not wasting time running around it and looking for something to buy, so they just pay quicker for fuel.

Pretty awful place to be honest.

We get our parcels delivered here and about a quarter of the time they've got no record of the parcel and we need to confirm with the sender that they did in fact sign for it (after showing them a screenshot of the sender's message with the time of signature, they're conveniently able to find it). Going to have to start getting parcels delivered a little further afield.

They sometimes close the shop for 20 minutes or so because the person serving wants to chat on the phone.

When they are able to serve you they seem as if you're an intrusion and they'd rather be doing anything else.

All in all, I'm not sure why they decided to be in this line of work - they'd make much better prison officers or parking wardens to be honest.

I went to this filling station yesterday to fill up my windscreen wipers tank. The customer service from the "owner" was atrocious. The machine didn't work cost me £2 and then he told me that his system shows that he can only give me £1 refund. He got into a backwards and forwards argument and kept talking over me without me completing a full sentence. I ended up leaving as he kept running into his back office without resolving my issue and being bluntly rude Infront of other customers to me. Don't use them is all I would say. Sainsburys which is a few minutes away is so much more helpful and fuel is cheaper

I tend to try not to put my petrol here too often, I find the station clerks to be rude and on a few occasions I have put petrol and been told their card machine wasn't working, Which forces you to withdraw cash from their atm at a charge of £1.99.

Excellent customer service and a well presented atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Nice garrage with everything to shop and open 24hrs fuel is available everyday

Good for petrol was 140 cheaper than most places at the moment
