It does what petrol stations do. The staff are just doing their job which I have no complaints about. Fairly comprehensive shop. Hand car wash on site and a cashpoint machine on site.

I stopped at this petrol station on a very cold Saturday night in October, circa 23:17, the temps where in the single digit (~6 C) and the station store was already closed to the public (not even midnight!), only one employee was manning the window, and they would only accept cash! You had to pay before you pump, which is not the end of the world, but the pump doesn't stop automatically at the amount you have paid for, i.e. if by mistake you dont nail it to the strict exact amount, you'll have to go back to the window again and pay for any excess! All in all, a very inefficient and unpleasant experience. I will only go back again if it was in the daytime and if i had absolutely no choice.

Good service, consistent, good team of workers. I would advise you to go early doors, the place gets very busy at lunch (2ish). It's now £10 just for outside for a 4x4, but it is what it is, inflation, cost of living and all that

Stopped on TEXACO petrol station to buy a drink, I was requested that the minimum payment available in cards is 2£, when the law changed more then 1 and half years ago the minimum payment on shops stopped being used.
This is something that shop TEXACO os doing illegally.
This shop still have a minimum payment with card, spoke with employer, Ponnoptan and he was very very rude to me, not giving me any contact of manager or supervisor, when I asked his name to make a report, he continued being rude speaking with another colleague in a different language that I couldn't understand.
Employers acting like this should never work on customer services.
