Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Staff are usually very nice or average, don't see any bad ones. Left my card at the till once and they were very helpful in getting it back. Currency exchange service is very slow but rates are good. Toilets are always very clean and have fresh flowers in which is a nice touch. Pharmacy people are helpful. Good variation of tills with basket only, self check out and trolley tills available. Wish they would tell people with trollies not to use self-checkouts though. Also has a Starbucks inside which is good. Only complaints are that you sometimes have to go on a basket hunt because there are none by the doors, and that fruit/veg sometimes aren't as fresh as they could be. Great selection of products overall, but not so many it's overwhelming. Clothes section is fairly good too.

As for the person complaining the staff took a toy away - supermarkets aren't nurseries. If you weren't intending to buy the toy then they were completely in the right. It's not a supermarket's responsibility to entertain your children for free because you didn't let them bring their own toys or find ways to keep them amused yourself.

This is a nice petrol station with the usual amenities. I have used the car wash here and it doesn't really clean the car properly. Left my wheels dirty and the back bumper. The price is the same as many hand car washes now available throughout the UK. I would recommend washing elsewhere.

Handy to get shopping done at same time you can get gas filled , air checked and wash car

This is one of my favourite ⛽️ stations for refills.

I recommend them because the nectar points collected after your purchase could be used to buy things from the store and other places.

Also, I have found the chain (Sainsbury’s) to have one of the lowest prices on petroleum products.

Very handy for fuel, grocery essentials, jet wash, free air station, good opening hours

A clean and tidy forecourt and kiosk. There is easy access to fuel pump with long reach hoses that allow fuelling on both sides of your vehicle.
The kiosk is well stocked with convenience shopping items, such as snacks, drinks and items for the vehicle. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Pay at pump, long hoses, normally very little waiting. What more could you want for a quick fill up.
