BP Lenton boulevard has a jammer in place so people cnt scan the BPME points....

I filled twice and both times my app stopped working while on premises..

As soon I left my app started working straight away.....

I had a late night soft cloth car wash in this Bp station at the Lenton..I paid for the Gold package and my car super ! There was no queue at the time.For the details about the different prices and other information, please see the attached pictures.

Good car wash but probably not the best idea if you have wind deflectors as the water pressure is really high and water comes in to the car but other than that it was a really good car wash. Also very busy, been to the car wash there twice and waited an over an hour each time

Whats the world comming too when u go in a store with your family (my wife and child) I simply stood in que with my wife I got chating to another fellow BMW driver of a G80 series ! before he paid for the "automatic carwash" all I said to him was try the hand jetwash next time it's brilliant with a magnitude of options snow foam etc etc and he was happy! I told him how much I use it myself and love it. He smiles and said thanks and left . The owner of the garage turns on me and tells he wants a word with me I thought okay so he said Rudly to me Infront of my family "don't tell my customers what to do" on and on he went.

Theatre all the way!! It didn't end well he was totally careless and gave me a reason to get angry and I then lost my cool and shouted at him... my son who is 4 was very scared and worried and we was told to leave the NISA shop he followed us out and continued to wind me up Infront of my wife and told her I have "mental and anger issues and that I must see a doctor" this further antagonjsed me further to a point more words were exchanged and we left all we wanted was few groceries and a bottle of Robinson's for my son after an enjoyable day at the park he ruined our day!!!!

What wall inside or policy does it say "you can't talk to other customers"

All this headache from two guys in a garage having a friendly banter about their BMWs all I did was tell him how good the "jet wash was" it really was none of his business!!!!!

My 4 year old son is very traumatised with what was happening and this now needs to be delt with asap! As I can't have this man insulting customers all the time when we are in the shop buying groceries with our family's who is he ???? He would have no shop we pay his wages !!!!!

I won't be returning to the garage
And I'll let everybody know what experience I had today I'll be taking this story to news papers too!

I buy Costa cofees
Adhoc groceries
Use the jet wash
And buy fuel

I'll be going some place else what a rude incompetent unprofessional human being! He needs to be reprimanded and his franchise licence taken away! We been here for a long time we don't want to face people like that everyday in an already difficult time

Avoid this place as you simply can't breath let alone talk to people inside he makes the rules

Very good customer service , good price . Happy to go there everyday. 👍👍👍

Very overpriced considering prices of petrol at over stations nearby.
