27/1/22: ZERO STAR REVIEW. I have been here 3 times since my last review. On all 3 occasions , it has been closed (coned off) bit no indication why. The shop lights and price sign have lights on. Time is around 6:40am on a weekday which is when I always visit in the past and its open. Have you changed opening hours or close permanently? If you change opening hours, why not put a sign up by the cones telling people.? As you can't get in, I can't check the shop window for opening hours until its open. Please sort it out.
29/11/21 Zero star review but forced to give one star by system. pretty annoying. All rear pumps except 1 closed. Front ones open. Used the one rear one open. Card processing just kept on spinning then display changed to cashier only. Annoying but went for that. No fuel delivered. Thought maybe that pump should be shut as its a rear one so drove out and back in to a front one. Said cashier only. Went for it. No fuel delivered. 2 members of staff on the tills, one forecourt attendant and not one person comes out and cones off the pumps or asks what's the problem despite 4 other cars having same issues as me . Surely they must have wondered why people were driving in, not filling and driving out again? Gave up and left.
30/11/21: fuel station was closed. No sign up explaining why or an estimate of when reopen. I assume its due to yesterday's issues (who knows?) But at least put up signage to stop people keep having to return to check if open yet. Or even turn off the price sign. If its lit up then it looks open. Come on guys.
The shop was closed for months because the glass on the door was broken.
Many occasions between 6am and 7am the forecourt would be coned off and closed.
Most frustratingly is the pumps always click off before the tank is full. And I don’t mean because it’s reached £99. But this does not happen at any other site I visit nationwide so I know it’s the pumps not the vehicles.
I run a small transport business and I do miss the points but this is a terrible fuel station.
They changed the times because of covid. But why has it not gone back to getting fuel 24hours??.
Be careful people
