This place is an absolute disgrace, i was trying to purchase two beverages for my self, two separate flavors but both have the same offer of 2 for £2,

Upon my arrival the counter and was greeted by a very disgraceful person you call an employee, he told me that he can only scan two of the same flavors but i did not want two of the same flavors as that is just pointless.

The really need to have a look at themselves in the mirror in the morning and see what they are causing the public civilians.

Absolute disgrace.

Rude staff member, refuses to sell price marked drinks at the price that is labelled on the drink itself. A drink with multiple flavours have a price of 2 for £2 and the clerk makes up his own rules to say you can't have two different flavours when clearly they are all marked the same price and have the same exact offer. You can walk into any store, tescos etc and they will allow this. Need to learn how to talk to customers instead of being a condescending bellnd.

Absolutely disgusting to see they have changed their price to £1.629 per litre using the Russian/Ukrainian crisis as an excuse when other nearby petrol stations are at least 10p cheaper per litre. Avoid this place unless you want to be conned, they took advantage of customers during the recent fuel crisis aswell. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

I popped in to get some light shopping but couldn’t find what I needed. Gokul offered me assistance and between him and Siva they brought me what I was shopping for and I was on my way in no time.

This place is shabby. They don't even have a customer toilet. Shell as always costly and the quality of this place especially is below par.

No toilet for customers to use despite the fuel prices being more expensive than other stations.

They charge from my bank account after this
Guy told me we did not take payment but I show him from my mobile app but still he was telling you have to pay very bad service I was regular with them but now I never use this station when I asked I show you my mobile app if payment not successfull then give me decline receipt but they did not show me anything and I wait there 10 mint for bad service I recommended they are not know how to deal with customers
. Guys use other petrol stations.

The worst petrol station staff ever tow times bad and odd events I've experienced :
first was with an evening shift staff who told me to keep my bank card as a deposit to fill petrol and then to pay him this is illegal first and ofcourse I don't know him so why should I leave my bank card. Is this new way to scam people ?
The second event happened today i asked him how much the price of a cigarette to know how much I'm spending he gave me a wrong price which was cheaper when I asked him abt receipt I found out that I paid £6 extra on the price he told me. Is this how you got trained to do marketing????
Anyway that was horrible and unprofessional from their part.....
